Hellmann's Frozen Mayo-Nog Recipe

Are you into eggnog? They sell it in stores all through the year, but I feel like people only buy it around the holidays. Now thereโ€™s a brand new beverage, thanks to Hellmannโ€™s. Yes, the mayonnaise people. (Brace yourself.)

Theyโ€™ve teamed up with a company called Muddling Memories to create Mayo-Nog! Basically, itโ€™s eggnog minus the eggs plus mayonnaise and...letโ€™s call it โ€œa secret sauce.โ€ Three actually. Rum, apple brandy, and cognac!

If that sounds like something youโ€™d enjoy, but you canโ€™t find it anywhere, here's the recipe:

Frozen Mayo-Nog (makes 2 servings)

  • 1/4 cup Hellmannโ€™s Mayonnaise
  • 3 ounces whole milk
  • 3 ounces heavy cream
  • 3 ounces simple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1ยฝ ounces rum (preferably Ron Zacapa)
  • 1ยฝ ounces apple brandy (preferably Lairdโ€™s)
  • 1ยฝ ounces cognac (preferably Grand Marnier)
  • 1 cup ice

Add all ingredients into a blender with ice and blend until smooth. Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon.

You might want to keep a bucket nearby. For BIGGER drinks, of course! Yeah...that's what I meant.
